Exhibition
space
Espace SD is a cultural space dedicated to modern and contemporary
art. Its first floor hosts every month an exhibition presenting
a Lebanese or foreign artist working with media such as painting,
photography, installations or sculpture.
Besides this monthly exhibition, the public can – if he wishes
so – have access to a parallel room presenting a permanent
collection of works by artists having exhibited or collaborated
with Espace SD.

«Laboratoire»
In order to give artists the possibility to express themselves in
their artistic research, and to promote more conceptual works of art,
Espace SD offers an experimental space in which are0 presented, each
month, different installations. |

Ciné-Club
Once a week, Lebanese films are screened at the cine-club, in order
to familiarize the public with its national cinema. Works from yesterday
and more recent creations are presented.

Conferences
Espace SD presents, prevalently in collaboration with the "Ninar"
association, a series of conferences concerning cultural, sociological,
economical and political themes.

Events
Occasionally, concerts, performances and theatrical plays are presented
at Espace SD.
