1973 : Né à Nahrieh, Akkar. A vécu, ou plutôt rêvé la vie tout en expérimentant 17 ans de frustration visuelle, rassasiée uniquement par des sources d'images stériles: une télévision, une boîte baasite syrienne et la propagande ininterrompue des "still images" prises au premier degré.
1994 : A obtenu un diplôme en dessin et peinture, un programme “des années 20”, à l'Université Libanaise. Durant cette période et sur fond de chaos, Beyrouth se réveille; tentative de retour à la paix plus ou moins ratée, alors qu’en Occident le monde de l'art baigne dans le "post"-tout : post-artiste, post-œuvre, post-sujet et post-médium...
Et voilà qu'entre le flux des informations et les amis “revenants", qui ont poursuivi leurs études à “l’extérieur”, vibre une nouvelle Beyrouth artistique - étape phénoménale et tellement incomparable aux métamorphoses des autres aspects de la vie libanaise. Ceci évidemment sans évoquer la merveilleuse création île / centre-ville!…
2004 : A déjà exposé sous plusieurs formes : dessins, volumes, actions et textes dans différents espaces culturels libanais.
Mai 2004 : Expose à l'Espace SD un travail où le choix du médium s’inspire de la fameuse et triste blague: le mouvement dans le monde arabe ne serait-il qu’une illusion ?
N’est-il donc pas préférable de représenter ces agitations de "surface" en "still images" et quelques slogans ?

1973: Born in Nahrieh, Akkar, where he lived or rather dreamed life as he experimented 17 years of visual frustration, filled only by sterile sources of images: a television, a Syrian Baasite box, and the uninterrupted propaganda of the "still images' in the first degree.
1994: Obtained a diploma in "drawing and painting", a program from the “1920’s”, from the Lebanese University. At that time, and on a chaotic background, Beirut was arising; a more or less unsuccessful return to peace, while in other parts of the world (primarily the west), art was floating in the "post": post-artists, post-artwork, post-subject and post-medium.
… And here, with the flow of information, and with the "returning" friends who had studied abroad, a new artistic Beirut vibrates - a phenomenal step incomparable to the metamorphoses in the different domains of the Lebanese way of life. Without mentioning the astonishing creation: island/ downtown, of course.
2004: Has already exposed through a multitude of forms such as drawings, volumes, actions and texts in many Lebanese cultural spaces.
May 2004: Exposes an artwork at Espace SD, where the choice of the medium is inspired by the following ironic joke: movement in the Arab world... wouldn't that just be an illusion?
And finally, wondering if it would not be better to represent these superficial agitations in "still images" and a bunch of slogans?
